Post Booking Info

On the day of your sail, you will receive a WhatsApp message from us with contact details of our representative that will receive you at the jetty. Foreign tourists or clients without a WhatsApp number may contact us and let us know if they would like to receive the same details via email instead. When should I arrive ------------------------------------------ You’re required to arrive 30 minutes prior to your sail time at Jetty #5. The jetty is right opposite the main entrance of the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel. Failure to arrive on time may mean you may miss out on joining the sail and no refund for the same will be processed. Do read all FAQ's before your sail (visible on our homepage). ------------------------------------------ Cancellation Policy ------------------------------------------ If cancellation from our client's end is unavoidable, the following is our policy. If canceled 7 days prior to the sail, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. If canceled within 7 working days of the sail, no payment will be refunded. Change/cancellation in timing or weather may happen due to Government clearance or bad weather. Jack & Hill Adventures Travel LLP and Captain Jack will not be liable for the same.
