Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team, someone eager to grow our business by building and nurturing strong relationships with B2B partners and B2C customers.


Responsibilities
Business Development

  • B2B: Identify and secure bulk deals with potential partners and clients.

  • B2C: Create and develop channels for acquiring new B2C customers.

  • Explore alternative avenues for generating business growth.


Customer Relations

  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

  • Ensure a seamless, end-to-end customer experience.

  • Coordinate sailing trips for clients, ensuring smooth and effective communication.

  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of client interaction.

Eligibility

No minimum qualifications required. We welcome individuals who have a flair for building relationships, pitching ideas, and driving sales. A background in Business Development, Sales, sailing, or experience-based tourism is a plus.
